Trump: Two Nuclear Submarines Deployed to the Region in Response to Provocative Remarks by Former Russian President

Speech is very important and often leads to unexpected consequences. I hope this will not be one of those situations."
Later, Trump supplemented his statement at 8 a.m. Beijing time this morning, saying that the nuclear submarines are now closer to Russia.
